1: RETURN POLICY
Uninstalled products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. “Code 4 LED” is not responsible for return shipping or delivery on part returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be within 15 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all refused deliveries. Exchanges of equal or greater value may not be subject to a restocking fee. Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable. Contact us for details.
Buyer assumes all liability for any damage that occurs on return shipment to Seller. Items must be packaged to withstand return shipment to Seller and Buyer assumes responsibility to verify that all items are secure and that damage will not occur.
An RMA# must be included with your return/exchange. To obtain an RMA#, please contact us at (801) 643-5460. Once you have an RMA#, you may return the product to us at:

PLEASE NOTE: The RMA# MUST be clearly visible on the return package.
Items without RMA Numbers or that were not pre-authorized for return will be marked unclaimed for 30 calendar days. In this event, no contact attempts will be made by Seller to Buyer. After 30 calendar days the item(s) will be disposed of as seen fit by Seller. Should Buyer choose to have the product reshipped, payment for reshipment must be received within 30 calendar days from the date the item was marked as unclaimed.
International Shipments that are returned or abandoned as unclaimed will not be subject to a refund. Payment for reshipment must be received in order for Seller to reship the item(s).
RMA#’s are valid for 14 Days after the date they are issued. Items received after 14 days will be considered unclaimed.
International cancellations are subjected to additional shipping terms below. Cancellation of unshipped orders are subject to a minimum 5% cancellation fee. If you have a question on stock, please contact us at (801) 643-5460.
2: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Code 4 LED Supply’s limited lifetime warranty covers any manufacturer defects with the lighting, wiring or housing. It protects against water infiltration as well as the intended functions of the light. The warranty does not cover malfunction from abuse or from the light being used in a way other than it is intended. It also does not cover disassembly of the light or light housing.
The limited lifetime warranty is good for the life of the light with the original owner and the presentation of the sales receipt.
Code 4 LED Supply will honor this warranty on any products that fail during normal use due to manufacturer’s defect and have been installed and connected properly.
Company warrants that the goods are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a warranty period as stated on the product web page from the date of purchase to the original end user. Warranties do not extend beyond the original end user. Claimant must furnish proof of date of purchase. Company will provide replacement goods or may opt to reimburse the purchase price if that is infeasible. Company’s sole liability with respect to any defect shall be for the replacement of the defective goods. Company will not be responsible for any costs relating to the labor of the replacement products. No one is authorized to make any other warranties on behalf of Company, or modify this warranty, except in a separate written paper document under original signature of a corporate officer of Company then-listed with the Nevada Secretary of State.
COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GOODS OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO LOSS OF PROPERTY, REVENUES, LIFE OR LIMB, PERSONAL INJURY, AND CLAIMANT’S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING GOODS.
Here is a list of exceptions to our warranty policy:
- Damage due to mishandling or abuse of the product.
- Not using a voltage regulated power supply to connect LEDs products or controls.
- Connecting LEDs to the wrong Output Voltage.
- Example: connecting a 12VDC system to a 6VDC power supply.
- Improper connection of power supplies, LED products or controls.
- Connection of LED products or controls directly to any A/C power source.
- Connecting Power Supplies backwards to an A/C power source.
- Example: connection of the 12VDC output of power supply to the A/C input line.
- Acts of God.
- Example: hail, flooding, tornado, fire, wind
- Products or electronic components that have been modified by the user.
- Products used for purposes other than intended and directed.
3: SHIPPING POLICY
Most in stock orders ship within 48 hours. If a product is backordered, then we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Missing, incorrect, damaged, or misboxed parts must be reported within 5 days of order delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the package is in possession of the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Etc), we do not guarantee shipping and transit times and are subject to the individual terms of the carrier.
Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.
Products marked as “Free Shipping” apply to orders shipped to the United States only, unless otherwise noted. For shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact us. In the case of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
International Shipments that are purchased with the US Free Shipping and do not want to pay the additional shipping will be charged a 5.00% cancellation fee. Please contact us at (801) 643-5460 or email@example.com before purchase to avoid this fee.
We reserve the right to ship by the best method possible.
4: ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product’s price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
5: LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
6: PAYMENT TYPES WE ACCEPT ONLINE
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we’ll accept one credit card and up to one Gift Card for each order.
We are unable to accept cash, checks and C.O.D. orders for any website purchases. If you would like to make a purchase using either cash or a check, please contact us.
We reserve the right to require wire transfer as a form of payment.
7: SALES TAX POLICY
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up.
For any online purchase of a tax-exempt item during a sales tax holiday period, by completing the purchase, you certify that the item is being purchased for personal use only and you agree to assume liability for the applicable tax if the item is used for other than personal use.
Payment is to be made before shipment of the item(s). Wholesale accounts may be set up at the sole discretion of Seller and are OAC. If payment is not received, is charged back, is disputed or returned in any way the following will occur:
1) $50 per hour Seller paperwork preparation fee
2) Late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (eighteen percent (18%) per year) or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less, to unpaid invoices from the due date thereof.
3) 50% of balance Collections Fee by Seller
3) Collections and Legal Fees as charged by Collections Agency
9: DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECTLY SHIPPED, AND MISSING ITEMS
In the event that an item is missing from a shipment, Seller will ship the item utilizing the original shipping method that was selected by Buyer at the time of the original order.
In the event that an item is damaged or defective, Buyer must follow the return policy as indicated above. This includes obtaining an RMA# from Seller before returning the item. Replacement items will not be shipped until the defective item has been received by Seller and is inspected.
Replacements for damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly shipped items will be shipped via the original shipping method that was selected by Buyer at the time of the original order.
10: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and other importing fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase. Non-payment of these fees will not be grounds for a return and may result in abandoned shipment, no refund will be given.
International shipments may have longer than average delivery times, once an order has been shipped this is out of our control and is subject to country and local requirements. Delays will not be grounds for reimbursement or refund.
